Regular retail priced Soaps are a flat rate of $9.00 regardless of what quantity you order.
Postage cost for sale items including soaps may vary depending on what quantity purchased and total sale value.
Postage on Balt Salt Jars are a Flat rate of $15.00
However we can combine postage cost if you making multiple purchases.

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of receiving payment and sent via Australia Post. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 6 working days.
Orders to remote areas may take longer to arrive.
New Zealand & Other Countries: Please contact us for a shipping quote.
Returns & Exchanges
Fleur & Spice has a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If you are not satisfied with a product(s) you have purchased online, we will happily organise a refund or exchange.
Simply contact via phone or email explaining whether you want a refund or exchange for the product(s
This should be completed within 30 days of receiving the product.
A copy of the receipt should be provided and a reason for the return or exchange. From there we can arrange to have the products returned to us. The product(s) must be not more 30% used or unused and must be returned in original packaging.
Buyer pays return shipping.
When returning your items , please keep proof of return in the event the parcel goes missing in the process.
48 HOURS OF CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
There is a 48 hour change of mind policy after you finalize payment at the checkout. Simply contact us within 48 hours of completing payment.
